To strengthen our team and to achieve our entrepreneurial mission and vision, we are looking for a:
**Senior Strategic Product Expert (all genders)**:
**Your tasks**:

- As Strategic Product Expert, you act as SME product champion within Addiko Group, ensuring that product offerings are competitive and profitable while having the needs and pain points of SME customers on your priority list
- You actively support the Managing Director of the Group as well as the product teams in Addiko's entities in driving business growth for specific solutions, services, and capabilities across the product lifecycle, from launch to maturation
- You conduct market research and gather feedback from SME customers to identify gaps in the existing product portfolio and opportunities for new products
- You closely collaborate with cross-functional teams with the aim to develop and launch new products respectively to enhance existing products
- The prioritization and management of the product roadmap, outlining the development and release schedule for each product, falls under your responsibility
- You oversee the profitability and success of the SME product portfolio, monitor product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements or changes

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in business administration or a related field
- You possess extensive experience in product implementation for SME clients in the financial industry
- You have a firm command of business processes and the infrastructure on which to build the product
- You have a good understanding of how to build, configure and optimize products
- Excellent command of English both in spoken and in written
- You possess the know-how on how to split work backlogs, set priorities and develop roadmaps
- To you, the ability to influence through powerful and inspiring stories is natural
- You consider yourself a committed team player with strong service orientation, proactivity, and accuracy
