**About the job**

The Licensinf Operaitons team is looking for a Senior Licensing Analyst to oversee and manage the administration of new and existing software contracts with customers. In this role, you'll provide guidance to Legal, Sales, and Enterprise Negotiations teams to ensure contracts accurately reflect licensing practices and software inventories while remaining practical and manageable for both parties.

**As a Senior Licensing Analyst you will**:

- Review and assesse contractual documents for new software licenses which often require non-routine contract management.
- Interact regularly with external customers and other global staff, including Sales, Technical Support, Legal, Finance and others to provide optimum account management.
- Establish framework for administering non-standard contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies and customer expectations.
- Understand and assess implications of proper revenue recognition, global intra-company allocations and other issues related to the management of assigned contracts.
- Prepare customer invoices, and maintain associated back-up documentation, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Update and/or edit internal customer database to add new license observations, initiate media creation and coordinate special requirements and/or exceptions as needed.

- Ability to think independently and solve problems under limited direction and supervision.
