Analytical Data Scientist

At MEON, we develop, manufacture and market high-quality, modern and innovative medical devices in the field of in vitro diagnostics for professional use in clinics, medical laboratories and doctors’ offices. **What will you do?**:

- Evaluation, analysis and statistical condensation of medical technology data
- Application, optimization and testing of special analysis tools
- Addressing problems in laboratory analysis at the interface between technology and medicine
- Development of evaluation algorithms for clinical parameters in the laboratory environment
- Planning and execution of measurement series to prove system specifications
- Development and testing of analytical concepts for the overall system
- Quality-assured development in accordance with ISO 13485 (design, development, test and documentation)

**What do you bring?**:

- Enjoyment of an interdisciplinary activity (data analysis, medical technology, measurement technology, physics, chemistry, statistics,...) as well as relevant professional experience and knowledge
- Programming skills (ideally Python)
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy teamwork
- Independent, methodical and structured way of working incl. documentation
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- Good knowledge of German and English

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Auswertung, Analyse und statistische Verdichtung von Daten der Medizintechnik
- Anwendung, Optimierung und Test von speziellen Analysetools
- Behandeln von Problemstellungen der Laboranalyse an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Medizin
- Entwicklung von Auswertealgorithmen klinischer Parameter im Laborumfeld
- Planung und Durchführung von Messreihen zum Nachweis von System-Spezifikationen
- Erarbeitung und Test analytischer Konzepte für das Gesamtsystem
- Qualitätsgesicherte Entwicklung gemäß ISO 13485 (Design, Entwicklung, Test und Dokumentation)

**Dein Profil**:

- Freude an einer interdisziplinären Tätigkeit (Datenanalyse, Medizintechnik, Messtechnik, Physik, Chemie, Statistik,) sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse
- Programmierkenntnisse (idealerweise Python)
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Selbstständige, methodische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise inkl. Dokumentation
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
