**ABOUT US**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Develop and implement a state-of-the-art group-wide learning & development strategy
- Drive and support digitalization of main learning & development processes in collaboration with local HR and Digital HR Manager
- Assess, develop, create and implement career paths and skill/competency matrix in close collaboration with business and local HR
- Drive forward skill/competency based L&D (e.g. job families, job profiles, skill/competency framework) to develop current and future capability
- Create and manage the L&D budget, ensuring that training operations are within defined budget
- Develop KPIs to measure performance and effectiveness of implemented learning programs and ensure regular reporting according to internal and IATF requirements
- Provide international best practice comparisons and benchmarks and supports knowledge transfer between local training departments
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed relevant education (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology)
- Several years of experience in learning, training or people development in a global company
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional workshop facilitation competency
- State-of-the-art knowledge of learning, training & development tools and trends
- Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking, solution orientation and strong business acumen
- Excellent English skills, German skills are considered as nice to have

- We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 3.251,09 (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview.
