**Here's what we're looking for**:
**Your mission**:

- Lead the design, deployment, analysis, synthesis of digital experiments as well as product and business model pilots
- Build the foundation for data driven, evidence based decision making with the right metrics at the right time to validate growth assumptions continuously
- Develop experimentation and pilot capabilities and facilitate decision making

**Essential skills**:

- You have a track record in design, deployment, analysis, synthesis of digital experiments as well as small to large scale pilots with at least 5 years of experience
- You have a BS or MS in Data Science, Product Analytics, Market Research or similar
- You have proven capabilities in quantitative customer research, analytics, conversion optimisation, DoE (design of experiments), A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.
- You are competent in the design of dashboards, information design, visualisation of data for education and decision making
- You have a strong understanding of correlation vs. causation principles and methods
- Written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages, especially German and Spanish, are an advantage
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

**Bonus skills**:

- Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
- Experience working in startup environments
