**Your Tasks**:

- Analyzes data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities & provides insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Manages modeling and scenario analysis for business planning
- Manages the annual budgeting, forecast, and mid-term planning process
- Manages actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions to achieve financial targets
- Manges performance measurements (e.g. KPI development and tracking, benchmarking, etc.)
- Manages the organizations and business performance tracking and assess progress/identify areas for improvement
- Prepares and analyzes ad-hoc reporting on various topics, across company, business units/dept./functions
- Ensures compliance with controlling principles and regulatory requirements
- Manages strategy, implementation and maintenance of data management (e.g. master data CC, PC, etc.), data integration (develop workflows and data models) and data governance (policies, global templates, etc.) to ensure and improve integrity, transparency and quality of financial data across global tool landscape

**Your Profile**:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management or other relevant roles
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- A deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, other language skills are an advantage
