Due to some exciting growth here at Sportradar we are looking for a **Client Success Partner, Digital Advertising (M/F/d) **to strengthen our account management/client success team within the ad:s department to be based ideally in our Vienna or Linz offices.
**THE ROLE**:
To support our Account Management/Client Success team that is helping our clients to manage and improve their programmatic, paid social and paid search campaigns, we are looking for a junior client success partner who is willing to learn and grow within the Digital Advertising environment while using Sportradar’s proprietary ad tech stack.
**THE CHALLENGE**:
- Learn to actively manage clients day-to-day
- Own the internal alignment and coordination between Sales, Media Buying and Product
- Plan, organize, and execute all relevant account management topics
- Identify additional streams of revenue by cross
- and/or upselling our clients
- Prepare client-facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentations
- Monitor client-relevant KPIs to take action with internal and external stakeholders
- Document client-related activities in our CRM systems
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or Economics
- Any experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing (i.e. Programmatic, Social Media, Search, E-Commerce) in the AdTech space will be considered as a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing KPIs like CTR, CPA, CPM
- Passion to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Analytical and operational strength to lead commercial decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus
- Very good English skills, any other European language (especially German or Balkan languages) will be considered a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
