Senior Mechanical Design Engineering Manager

Functional Lead of mechanical, thermal, & fluid systems engineering team (~ 2 - 5 people) for high vacuum electron beam system
Responsible for leading mechanical systems development with internal and external partners
Drive Structural Design of System and Integrated System Architecture
Identify, integrate, and manage BOM configuration and product lifecycle management software for multi-platform CAD engineering tools
Ensure technology is aligned with other product functions and overall business portfolio
Work with external and internal mechanical and electrical engineering teams and peers in product management and research business teams
Facilitate and manage facility/equipment investment enabling new technology development
Plan the allocation of team members for System Development
Master's degree in Physics, Optics, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
5 + years of relevant work experience in related industry
Experience with high precision, vacuum systems engineering
Experience with 3D CAD required, preferably SolidWorks or Siemens NX and product lifecycle management software
Experience in Semiconductor equipment or charged particle industry is a plus
Experience as team-lead, project manager or system architect is a plus
Very good knowledge of English
