We are searching for an ESG Specialist to join our newly created ESG-function. The ESG Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable and responsible business practices within the organization, focusing on evaluating and enhancing the company's performance in areas related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
- Support development of ESG Reporting processes and Sustainability Report.
- Regularly update existing double-materiality assessment.
- Assist ESG Director during external verification of Sustainability Report.
- Collaborate on identification and analysis of ESG risks and opportunities.
- Support development of ESG Strategy and partner with other functions.
- Monitor and evaluate ESG-related programs and policies.
- Partner with other functions to ensure integration of ESG in all areas of the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations on organization's ESG performance.
- Assist in periodic update of ESG profiles on ratings and address inquiries.
- Assist in definition and implementation of necessary cross-functional corporate processes.
- Engage with internal and external partners to stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in fields such as environmental science, sustainability studies, finance, economics, business administration, or social sciences
- Min 3 years’ experience working on sustainability projects, organizational sustainability departments or Sustainability consulting firms.
- In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies; familiar with sustainable investment principles and ESG rating agencies
- Strong communication skills presenting ESG matters in an understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail; strong analytical skills and IT affinity
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a virtual/international team
