Are you passionate about organization and communication? inoqo is an app that helps users make more sustainable shopping decisions. And guess what - we need a lot of great minds to support us in tackling one of the biggest challenges of our times.

As an HR Intern (f/m/x) you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe Join us for 6 months on either part
- or full-time basis at our HQ in Vienna. Develop your skills in an international work atmosphere and learn next to our experienced HR leads, Sabine and Nikola.

Tasks

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure the proper onboarding of new team members and make sure everyone has the right information at the right time
- Support with offboarding by scheduling exit calls and with some administrative topics
- Participate in further planned HR projects and help to create a great company culture
- Assist in reviewing and improving internal communication, structure, and interaction among inoqies
- Together with our marketing team, work on inoqo's employer branding strategy and come up with creative ideas on how to attract the best talents

\*You will receive continuous support through mentoring while taking care of these topics, thus accelerating your growth and knowledge in this area : )

**Requirements**:
**You're a fit because**:

- You are a student with a major in HR, Business Management, or Administration
- You already gained your first working experience or did relevant HR internships
- You can be a pillar of support for inoqies and their questions/challenges
- You are passionate about different HR topics (employer branding, employee wellbeing, etc.)
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (German is a big plus)
