**Relentless pursuit of better**

For such a critical role, you will need to have a healthy number of years of relevant experience, either in enterprise risk, non-financial risk, operational risk, risk control, audit, or similar discipline with deep oversight of key process. This experience will need to be within the financial services or/and banking industry that has given you exposure in interacting with leaders of all levels, including C-suite. You will need to have experience in managing teams and be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change for the wider organization. You'll need to have excellent risk research and analytical skills with the ability to select the most important facts and drive conclusion out of it. Being an exceptional problem solver with the ability to communicate risk culture concepts and recommendations to business partners is a must.

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 98,403 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
