In this role, you will be a

**Quality Management team **with special focus on fulfilling
**customer requests **for
**product quality documentation **. You’re not only providing a keen ear for
**customer inquiries **, but also work together with our
**Quality Managers **on
**exciting topics **. Demonstrate your dedication to quality by
**addressing **,
**discussing **, and
**documenting**
**customer**
**needs **and
**generating**
**detailed statistics **and
**evaluations **. This is a

In this position, you will
- Fulfill **customer requests **for **product quality documentation**:

- **Generate **product quality documentation **which include **PPAPs **, **QPACs **, **CDCQs **, and **FIT **rate reports**:

- **Understand and appropriately address **special customer requests **for **product quality documentation**:

- **Ensure the **correctness **, **completeness **and **consistency **of **product quality documentation **through **internal database checks **and **close alignments **with **relevant **internal counterparts**:

- **Maintain the respective **documentation structure **to keep it **well organized **and **up to date**:

- **Regularly follow up on **open customer requests **for **product quality documentation **and ensure that **customer requested deadlines **or target dates for completion **are met**:

- **Create **statistics **and **evaluations **from **internal databases**:

- **Support the **execution **and **tracking **of **product qualification **, **product monitoring **, and **reliability risk assessment activities**:

- **Support **quality assurance tasks **in **development projects**

Your new role requires:

- **Higher technical school **(HTL) or **technical Bachelor**:

- **Good Communication **and **negotiation skills**:

- **Semiconductor industry experience **is an advantage**:

- **Experience **in the **Quality Management area **is a plus**:

- **Fluency in English **. German skills are beneficial**
