Together, we’ll reinvent essentials for sustainable living, foster growth, and have a lasting impact on the generations to come.Your tasks - Lead and manage technical product development projects and related activities in international and publicly funded / non funded projects with industry partners, Universities and Research Institutes, including time schedule, cost and resource requirements. - Provide technical input for the selection of crude oils, alternative/renewable components and additives, specifications and standardization for Bitumen & Residual Fuels. - Develop product ideas, analyze product data and -options for technical and/or economical product improvements. - Provide technical input for the development of analytical test methods (especially rheological and chemical methods to characterize asphalt binder). **Profile**: - You have a master’s degree in chemical/ process engineering or a similar field. - You possess at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the chemical or Bitumen/ Asphalt industry. - You are highly flexible and result-oriented. - Your strategic mindset contributes to the transformation strategy of the company. - You are fluent in both English and German.
