**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- As a Working Student in **Performance Creative Operations**, you will support our Creative Performance Lead in developing, optimizing, and managing high-impact ad campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
- You assist in the end-to-end creative production process, including preparing structured briefs, coordinating feedback loops, and ensuring timely delivery of ad assets.
- You contribute to the development of creative ad ideas using performance insights and competitor research to refine and optimize concepts.
- You craft clear and engaging ad copy that effectively communicates the brand's value proposition.
- You track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., AROAS, CPA, NCVR, CTR) across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, providing actionable insights to the team.
- You work closely with internal teams (content, analytics, brand) and external partners (agencies) to ensure creative alignment with performance goals.
- You set up and monitor A/B tests to identify high-performing creative variations, ensuring continuous improvement.
- You will get the chance to learn and support Paid Social and Paid Search operations.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any other related field.
- You have a strong interest in digital marketing and creative advertising, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or advertising (internships, student jobs) is a plus.
- You have strong organizational skills, can manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail even in a fast-paced environment.
- You have an eye for design and are comfortable using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and are eager to learn new tools and platforms.
- You possess strong analytical skills, can understand performance data, and can draw actionable insights.
- You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and fluent English proficiency.
