Tasks

**You will have an impact on**:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of allocated hospitality units in Vienna
- Working closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and consistent performance improvements
- Maintaining good relationships with local service providers, employees from the HQ, and all other stakeholders
- Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible with the help of our OPS team
- Ensuring that the allocated units are proactively maintained and improved
- Work on a special project during your internship that will solve a pressing issue for our company's operational success

- Strong interest in operations heavy startup environment (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.)
- Willingness to work in the day2day operational field of our company being the contact point to our external stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment
- Ambition towards flawless execution, operational excellence and hands-on mentality like being capable of handling small repairs
- A driver’s license is a must
- Either full-time as an intern or round about 20h/week as a working student
- High flexibility (open for occasional weekend shifts)
- German and English are required, other languages would be great
