As a Working Student in the Accounts Payable team, you will support the finance department in day-to-day operations related to invoice processing and financial data management. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, international business environment and provides the opportunity to gain insights into corporate finance and accounting processes.

Role Description:

- Verify and process incoming purchase invoices in accordance with internal policies
- Reconcile supplier accounts and assist in resolving payment discrepancies
- Support the creation of reports and ad-hoc analysis
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Provide general administrative assistance to the AP team

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled student in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Availability of at least approx. 20 hours per week
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Attention to detail, strong motivation, and a collaborative mindset
