**Job Description**:

- Administration of the accounts payable area of several Austrian companies
- Recording, account assignment and posting of domestic and foreign supplier invoices
- Preparation of the weekly payment run in coordination with colleagues
- Efficient communication with our suppliers and internal partners
- Account reconciliation and master data maintenance
- Filing and other administrative tasks

**We are looking for someone who...**
- Successfully completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision an advantage
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge in German and English
