**Who your travel partners will be**:
Our Finance Team offers the expertise, structures, and processes necessary to maintain a robust financial infrastructure and ensure fiscal health across TourRadar. With their problem-solving mindset, they streamline complex processes and play a pivotal role in delivering the financial solutions and insights necessary for us to maintain a healthy business. They are crucial in positioning us for sustainable growth and enhancing the value generated by our Organized Adventure platform as we continue to scale and evolve.

**What your adventure will look like**:

- Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables using Netsuite
- Proactively following up with suppliers and other partners to ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Preparing bank payments and reconciling bank accounts
- Assisting in month-end processes including bank reconciliations as required
- Responding to all customer online inquiries promptly, ensuring clear and accurate communication
- Working cross-functionally with the TourRadar teams to gain an understanding of our business, contributing to the improvement and streamlining of existing finance processes

**What you’ll need to bring to your adventure**:

- Experience with Accounts Payable, ideally in a dynamic work environment
- Formal academic and/or practical training in Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with pivot tables and vlookups is beneficial
- Experience with accounting software; Netsuite experience is beneficial
- A meticulous and structured way of working, showing attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortability communicating in English (at least B2)
- A track record of reliability and commitment
- A learning mindset: comfortably adapting to changes and contributing new ideas
- Readiness to be an active and supportive team player
