**Sales Coordinator (M/F) - Vienna - Your future position? (fixed-term contract for 1 year)**:
As a Sales Coordinator (M/F) with Givaudan - the Global leader in the Taste and Wellbeing industry - you will be an important team member supporting our sales team in Vienna, Austria, managing our main accounts in the food and nutrition industry. You will be responsible for high quality customer contacts, coordination of business support services and data management and the support of Key Account Managers with business analysis. You will:
- Business Coordination: You will manage our customer price lists in cooperation with the key account team and pricing department and with the customers. You will provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and problems contributing to provide a high perception of Givaudan's service level. You will communicate with account managers to develop and implement activities to improve sales performance.
- Data management and main user role: You will coordinate Commercial data management activities in SEE region and ensure and qualitative master data maintenance following internal procedures (monthly closing, annual baseline review). You will guide maintenance of underlying data to allow accurate and fact-based decision-making, target setting, performance measurement and fair rewarding of commercial teams.
You:
- Education: High-school diploma and a commercial degree or equivalent
- 3+ years proven work experience in a customer services environment
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Fluency in English, - the German language is a bonus
- Service oriented mindset
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Work onsite in Vienna office, 1 day Home Office possibility.
