We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator to join our team and drive sales initiatives across our dining outlets and event spaces.

**Position Overview**: As the Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of group bookings, special events, and promotions across our dining outlets and banquet spaces. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Group Sales at Cafe Imperial**:

- Proactively identify and pursue group booking opportunities for dining experiences at Cafe Imperial.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management and Kitchen teams to create tailored packages and menus for group events.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to drive group sales revenue.
- **Event Sales at Imperial Bar**:

- Drive sales for special events such as Jazz Nights, Afternoon Tea, and other promotions hosted at the Imperial Bar.
- Develop creative promotional campaigns to attract guests and increase event attendance.
- Coordinate with the bar and entertainment teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Brunch Sales**:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales for brunch service, including targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor trends and customer preferences to continually enhance the brunch experience and increase revenue.
- **Festive Events Sales**:

- Lead sales efforts for festive events such as Christmas and New Year celebrations in our restaurants and banquet spaces.
- Assist to create festive event packages and promotions to attract both local and international guests.
- Work closely with the culinary and events teams to ensure exceptional service delivery during festive periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting in Food and Beverage Department
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and sales software is desirable
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth
