**Omnichannel Manager (f/m/d), Sandoz ComOps, Vienna, Austria**

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Creating/Co-creating an omnichannel Strategy with the Product Managers/Medical Managers/Sales managers/CommEx functions
- Partners with Product as well as Medical Managers & Salesforce on priority products, providing guidance in omnichannel transformation/digital excellence, personalized customer interaction and engagement,
- Responsible for the operational execution of the OC approach incl. content management for dedicated TAs in coordination with Product Managers
- Instrumental in designing focused strategic OCE approaches to address a customer need and/or a business opportunity based on thorough insights and analysis, ideally scale able across Therapeutic Areas
- Drives effective localization of our regional digital initiatives and drives cross brand digital engagement in terms of channels, cross brand content and social media.
- Ensures delivery of compliant, efficient, and high-quality deliverables
- Monitoring, revising and analysing new omnichannel KPIs to optimize customer engagement, maximizing the customer experience and business performance. Keep track of KPIs, evaluates such and initiates change to constantly improve digital performance

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- University degree in business or digital communication. Advanced degree in business, and/or management, digital/ e-commerce marketing, bioscience
- Fluent in German and English
- 3+ years’ experience in driving impactful Omnichannel innovation in the Austrian market and leadership experience in cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, ability to orchestrate different workstreams in parallel
- Excellent analytical, strategic and KPI measurement skills. High drive for superior results, process improvement and simplification
- Good understanding of Marketing, Sales and customer engagement
- Well-developed understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platform and products
- Innovative mindset; inspired, curious and unbossed

For this position the minimum salary is € 54.788 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
