Health Solution Partner Manager Rare Disease (M/F/d) This is what you can look forward to: The Health Solution Partner Manager is a leadership role Non-sales commercial role, lead the Health Solutions Partner, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs. Purpose to improve the impact of our medicines on patients and society. Create better customer experience. - Leads employees with the goal of achieving successful strategy implementation in the market and meeting the targets in the responsible region. - Takes leadership responsibility in the indication areas to strategically drive the further development of customer and educational & scientific content programs in line with business and strategies across the region. - Develop and ensure the implementation of the GTM model including a proactive, innovative, and accountable omnichannel approach to customer interaction in compliance with the legal framework. - Direct accountability for setting direction, deploying resources, performance, goal setting and development discussions. - Requires management skill, broad technical expertise, business knowledge, process & people leadership - Emphasizes management skills while maintaining a broad technical foundation progression through the management levels requires increasing levels of leadership &management skills. - Accountable for business, functional, operational processes and/or program management as well as for project and/or department budgets and the results of other people. - Strong business acumen /knowledge of the business to influence others —directly and indirectly —to achieve results. Hybrid (F2F + virtual) - Ensures a common understanding of business objectives and strategies and their implementation, considering the creation of "customer value". - Ensures a deep understanding of the market and excellent knowledge of the relevant practice/clinic structures and customer groups. - Empowers his employees to develop, implement and track the achievement of their objectives always in line with compliance requirements. - Ensures that all team members meet the requirements defined in the functional profile and develops team members individually according to their respective strengths and weaknesses (based on development plan, employee interviews, standardized and transparent reports on customer interaction on all channels) - Innovative, proactive, and accountable omnichannel approach in compliance with legal framework; planning of preferred customer contact channels, conversation management, using all available communication channels and event formats - Coordination and involvement of all relevant functions in the region; close and continuous exchange and cooperation with counterparts and additional related XFT functions. - Leads his team with high social competence, focuses on relationship management and drives work satisfaction and motivation. As a leader, manages to bring individual and social needs and goals of the employees in line with the goals of the organization. Promotes framework conditions in the team that make it possible to maintain, rehabilitate or improve health and performance.
