**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Support Head of Department Financial Steering & Group Performance in developing and implementing a Financial Steering and Performance Management vision, mission and strategy that aligns to the greater Group process and transformation roadmap, inclusive Borealis & Petrom and future Mergers & Acquisition integrations
- Act as a sparring partner to the Senior Vice President (SVP) Controlling and SVPs Divisional Finance and other finance functions for any performance topics
- Advise Senior Management on the financial implication of business activities, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action, provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance together with the Financial steering and performance management team
- Define concept for common principles of transfer pricing of products streams within the group
- Establish and maintain a process to regularly review transfer prices within the group
- Establish a group wide performance management process in close interaction with SVPs Divisional Finance and being involved in business reviews with Business
- Challenge business projects and cost positions from an economic perspective from an OMV Groups point of view
- Manage and deliver performance improvement initiatives targeting increased efficiency, synergies between units and locations and achievement of strategic goals of the group

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent understanding of OMV Group’s business and financial processes across divisions and locations
- Excellent knowledge of financial models and budgeting
- Relevant practical experience with a good understanding of division processes and their value drivers
- Exceptional interpersonal / facilitation skills adjusted to different target groups (SVP to staff level)
- Very strong communication, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Strong strategic thinking and a strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong expertise in Finance and performance management and in working in an international environment.
- Strong Transformation, Change & Project Management skills
- You speak excellent English
