**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Assess and evaluate the financial implication of business activities, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action, provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance together with the Financial steering and performance management team
- Challenge business projects and cost positions from an economic perspective from an OMV Groups point of view between units and locations and achievement of strategic goals of the group
- Independently perform benchmarking analysis on group level and interact with divisional finance functions on business specific benchmarks
- Analyze KPIs and financials to identify performance improvement areas
- Lead or support (based on situation) performance improvement initiatives targeting increased efficiency and synergies
- Analyze intercompany charging and pro-actively address topics in order to improve group wide financial transparency and financial steering

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent understanding of OMV Group’s business and financial processes across divisions and locations
- Excellent knowledge of financial models and budgeting
- Relevant practical experience with a good understanding of division processes and their value drivers
- Exceptional interpersonal / facilitation skills adjusted to different target groups (SVP to staff level)
- Very strong communication, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Strong strategic thinking and a strong sense of urgency and result orientation
- Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong expertise in Finance and performance management and in working in an international environment.
- Strong Transformation, Change & Project Management skills
- You speak excellent English
