Greenfield Territory Account Executive ( based in Vienna, Austria )
As Enterprise Account Executive New Business for Austria and Eastern Europe, you will help customers adopting new digital marketing solutions to take a lead in their transformation journey, supported by Adobe’s deep industry expertise and experience of managing similar customer journeys across different industry verticals. This is a perfect opportunity to take on a senior sales role in a rapidly growing tech company.

What you'll Do
Strategy & Planning - Development of account and territory plans for assigned sales area
Pipeline Development - proactively engage with accounts, qualify opportunities in your own sales patch and incoming leads from Business Development Representatives, Business Partners & Solution Account Managers in assigned territory
Manage Sales Cycles - Mange full opportunity lifecycle from identification through close, including Deal Qualification, Business Case, Quote, Negotiation and Close plan execution
Up and Cross-sell - identify and take ownership of complex up and cross-sell opportunities, working with Solution Account Managers as needed
Team engagement - work cross-functionally with other team members to ensure that customers are aware of the full capabilities of Adobe’s solution family
What your Primary Accountabilities will be
Meet or exceed quota for assigned territory
Management of pipeline and early identification of opportunities, issues and impacts
Deliver bookings / revenue across the full Adobe Digital Marketing solution family
On point for coordinating Business Partners, Business Development Representatives & Expert Solution Consultants for new license sales
Track, monitor and accurately forecast business across the territory
What you need to succeed
Successful track record in selling cloud-based SAAS solution offerings across multiple accounts within a diverse territory
Experience working across large, complex and tactically important accounts
Proven experience selling complex software or solution deals at the CXO level (business and IT)
Must have a strong understanding and experience in managing a long term and complex sales cycle
Effective evaluation of customer needs and ability to gain customer agreement on solution fit for business issues
Understand value based selling of Adobe Digital Marketing solutions as part of the wider Adobe Enterprise product range
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ‘win people over’
Experience leading virtual teams; excellence in crafting and articulating a clear vision for the sales pursuit and subsequent assignment of responsibilities accordingly.
