**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**:

- Lead and grow the marketing team. Work closely together to develop outstanding content and campaigns, which our users and prospects love.
- Plan, implement, and measure demand capturing & generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue.
- Develop & prioritize objectives for our marketing activities, sharing results on performance to management & the rest of the Storyclash team
- Develop targeted account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales to penetrate various segments of our ICP across territories
- Team up with developers, designers, and content creators to find unique angles to promote our product
- Manage own budgets and pipeline goals to meet our growth targets

**WHAT MAKES YOU A PERFECT MATCH**:

- You have already experienced the journey from 1 to 10M ARR and beyond, and you want to do it again in an exciting, fast-growing space
- 3+ years B2B SaaS marketing/growth experience (preferably with sales-led go-to-market strategy)
- An understanding of growth drivers across the funnel
- Profound experience in paid and organic customer acquisition strategies, acknowledging the need for quality, not only the number of leads
- Passion for the social media ecosystem
- Track record of measurable success in developing and growing sales pipeline
- The ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions
