Pluz Care offers a digital platform that connects customers with local pharmacies. Pluz delivers pharmaceutical and personal care products within one hour in Vienna. We help local pharmacies to expand their business and deliver a convenient delivery and digital consultation offering.

Tasks

If you are a healthtech visionary and want to create innovative products in the pharmaceuticals market, this is your role:

- You lead all strategical aspects of our product both in the short and long term. You have a vision of Pluz Care for both 3 months and 3 years.
- Take responsibility for developing one of the most innovative products in the pharmaceutical markets. You decide, together with the other co-founders, what the next steps are for Pluz Care.
- Ensure that all aspects of product development are aligned - from the product, partnership and market perspective.
- Manage and negotiate our partnerships with strategic partners that make sense to bring our product further
- You coordinate the product team from a technical, design and business perspective.

**Requirements**:

- You have deep insights into the pharmaceuticals market (pharma industry, pharmacies, healthtech developments etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a CPO or similar role, experience in a fast-growing startup environment would be a huge plus.
- Hands-on experience leading a team and product from prototype through different growth stages.
- Domain experience in ecommerce or marketplaces is a plus
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Last but not least: willingness to deliver, learn, try & fail, challenge and be challenged.
