Charger Expert for Wireless Charging

**Hello, nice to meet you**:
To further strengthen and build out our product portfolio, we are looking for a skilled Charger Expert with a strong background in Li-Ion (wireless) charging to join our passionate team of engineers and innovators.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Researching, designing, and developing innovative wireless charging systems for Li-Ion batteries as well as future batteries, such as solid-state batteries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications and architectures for wireless charging solutions
- Evaluating and selecting components, such as power management IPs, battery management systems, and wireless power transfer modules
- Developing and optimizing charging algorithms to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable wireless charging experiences
- Testing and validating wireless charging systems to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to wireless charging systems
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in battery technology, wireless charging standards, and relevant industry trends
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
- Providing technical guidance and support to other team members and collaborating with external partners
- Participating in intellectual property activities, such as patent analysis and filing

**Are you the right person?**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in battery charging system design - especially on the analog side, with a focus on Li-Ion battery technology
- Knowledge of wireless charging standards, such as NFC-WLC, Qi, PMA, and A4WP is a plus
- Proficient in power electronics, analog and digital circuit design, and control system design
- Hands-on experience with simulation and analysis tools, such as MATLAB, Simulink, and PSpice
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wireless charging system design
- Proven track record of innovation and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges
- Experience with intellectual property activities, such as patent analysis and filing, is a plus
