**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Customer service / back office tasks for Aviation customers in AT, CZ, DE and HU incl. managing customer requests and complaints
- Order 2 Cash-Process for Aviation business (data check, processing refuelling data, periodic invoicing)
- Interface between Aviation Business, Airports and Intoplane Companies
- Checking and approving incoming invoices
- Setting up customer master data and keeping it up to date in several tools
- Close cooperation with Aviation Sales Team and implementation of contracts in all relevant systems (SAP, CLM)
- Risk Management task in Aviation Back Office (monitoring credit limits, dunning management, prepayments)
- Driving digitalization and improvements according to business requirements

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor Degree or minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent communication skills and persuasive power
- You are able to adapt quickly to changes in computer systems/programs
- You have a accurate and precise working attitude
- Yo have the ability to work under pressure
- You have a quick perception as well as a customer oriented mindset
- You have the willingness to learn in order to enrich expert knowledge (e.g. market, products, customers)
- You are a very good team player as well as able to work independently
