You will support financial accounting and reporting for our Jet Aviation Vienna entity. You will perform your tasks in line with the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with other departments to ensure that accounting is aligned and executed effectively.
- Description/Tasks:

- General accounting activities, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
- Ongoing account reconciliation and preparation/control of various reports
- Support for the monthly and yearly closing
- Preparation of payment runs and credit card statements
- Support for billing
- Control,Documentation and Archiving
- Participation in ongoing projects and Assistance with various analyses
- Qualification/Experience:

- Commercial accounting education
- Good communication skills, fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Austrian GAAP
- Good knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- In depth understanding of accounting and reporting processes and procedures
- relevant work experience in a similar position
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, can work under pressure
- Team player
- Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
- EU citizenship or valid work and residence permit
