**About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments**
- 2+ Years professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Economic background
- Understanding of contract structure and language
- Analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work to defined deadlines

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Support in collecting and consolidating financial data as well as in developing, improving, and issuing monthly financial records to be shared with a global controlling team and management
- Support in revenue calculation for upcoming billing based on customer contractual framework
- Cross-checking billed amounts, work in progress as well as accruals for monthly reporting / statement
- Support in forecasting activities
- Preparing and overseeing recurring revenue as well as one-time service revenue
- Overview of underlying commercial agreements
- Preparing reports as well as supporting documentation; collaborating with and performing as contact person for external auditors
- Close collaboration with the international controlling and accounting team
- Close collaboration with mid-level management

**About the Team**

You will be part of the Unycom Professional Services team. The Unycom solution is an Intellectual Property Management Solution for global companies. Our clients use our solution to manage their inventions, patents, designs, trademarks, contracts, copyrights, etc., as well as their related processes and communications.
The Unycom Professional Services Team takes care of implementing the Unycom solution for our clients and providing additional consulting services to our clients. We also work closely with our Account management and Sales team.
The Unycom Professional Services team is based in Graz (Austria) and Munich (Germany).

**Hours of Work**

Permanent, part-time role, 25 hours per week based in our Graz office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week in the office.
