- Verantwortung über die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der People & Culture-Abteilung mit Fokus auf Recruitment & Employer Branding, Office & Facility Management, People Development und People Operations

Was wir von Dir erwarten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich HR-Management, Unternehmensführung oder ähnlich (Universität, FH, etc.)
- Dynamische und strategische Leadership-Persönlichkeit, mit beruflicher Erfahrung im strategischen HR-Management
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von People & Culture Initiativen und Schaffung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sehr hohe Ergebnisorientierung
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiter: innenführung und bewiesene Leadership-Kenntnisse in Form von Mentoring, Teamleitung & Projektleitung
- Starke analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Agiles Mindset mit einer Leidenschaft für People Growth
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
