**Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be**:

- improving all operational and financial KPIs of the Ruby Workspace division
- take responsibility for customer-focused revenue maximization for the Ruby Workspace in Vienna
- monitoring and managing compliance with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as well as identifying and implementing new SOPs
- responsible for the project management of new workspace openings
- analyzing new customer needs and challenges as well as improving product and service offering
- driving sales from strategy formulation over goal setting to the execution
- in charge of development and management of both pricing strategy and tactics
- implementing and managing upselling programs, waitlists and members-win-members programs
- ensuring a constantly updated overview of the relevant market situation, e.g. via competitive analyses
- building a strong local brand through executing marketing campaigns and acting as a brand ambassador at both internal and external events in partnership with Hotel Marketing Team
- evaluating, choosing and implementing systems in partnership with the Systems & Commerce department, e.g. PMS, CRM for both B2C and B2B
- in charge of preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts of the Ruby Workspace division
- responsible for day-to-day management of all direct reports
- direct interface to other departments and external service providers

**Get in touch if you have/are**:

- fulfilled your studies in e.g. Business Administration or a professional training in commercial or comparable
- several years of experience in a similar position in the co-working sector
- leadership and international experience - but this is not a must-have
- a feeling for current and future trends and their further development.
- a strong hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
- a high ability to analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- a high personal commitment and intrinsic motivation as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your whole team and find out about their potential, strengths and areas for development
- dependability, integrity and very good organizational skills
- both a team leader and a team player with high social competence
- very good working knowledge of MS Office
- proficient written & spoken English and German skills
