**The Role**
The Business Development Rep (BDR) will be on the frontlines of the outbound and inbound sales efforts. You will work an established list of leads to fill the sales funnel with interested prospects by booking meetings, conducting product demos and setting up bespoke personal trials.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a steady stream of valuable leads for territory managers through trials, integrations and product recommendations
- Manage daily inbound requests from marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to advance the sales process
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor degree
- Fluent German communication skills
- Science background is preferred but not mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- A demonstrated passion for science, education, lowering costs for students, and the belief that video/technology can truly make a difference throughout the educational process
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship building
- Ability to tell a compelling story in a short period of time
- Strong organization skills
