**HR Reporting & Employees Data Expert (M/F/x)**:

- BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of REWE International AG and manages the REWE supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and Czech Republic with more than 830 stores and over 21.000 employees. As a member of our HR BILLA CEE team, you will make a key contribution to the success of our international business by managing the interface with all our employees data systems, delivering the all HR reporting for international and local Board members and managing international projects in your responsible area.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- In this role you will be in charge of the HR Controlling for BILLA CEE (Int. & Local) with a strong focus on reporting.
- Salary benchmarking will also be part of your responsibilities, as will the development of processes (e.g. AI), systems and dashboards in general.
- You will have full system responsibility for our data interfaces in BILLA CEE, including their ongoing development, improvement of automated data exchange, etc.
- As part of our international HR project management circle, planning, implementing and controlling HR projects as a project manager will also be one of your key tasks.
- As technical support, you will help to maintain the good functioning of various processes and systems (share point, invoice workflow, budget, etc.).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A university degree in business or economics is a great advantage.
- You will have very good Excell skills, preferably Power BI skills, and experience of working with various HRIS systems.
- Very good command of English and German is expected, an Eastern European language is an advantage.
- You describe yourself as proactive and independent, with a structured approach to work and a hands-on mentality.
- A willingness to take ownership is just as important as being solution-oriented and outgoing.
