**AI:AT - the AI Factory Austria - is making Austria a hotspot for Artificial Intelligence in Europe.**

AI:AT is a joint project of **AIT** and **Advanced Computing Austria**. It brings together top-level expertise in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and data ecosystems, creating an interdisciplinary innovation environment for research, development, start-ups, and industrial projects.

AI:AT - the AI Factory Austria - provides access to cutting-edge AI infrastructure, promotes trustworthy AI and ethical standards, and serves as a hub for networking with national and European partners. The goal is to work with partners from industry and public institutions to develop and implement forward-looking AI technologies and viable AI solutions.

As part of the collaboration within the AI Factory Austria, **INiTS - Vienna’s High Tech Incubator** will delegate experts to the AI Factory Austria. For our location in **Vienna**, we are seeking a:
(SENIOR) ACCELERATION PROGRAM LEAD (F/M/D)

AI:AT - AI Factory Austria
- Lead the design and strategic implementation of a tailored acceleration program that supports AI startups from early-stage validation to market readiness, embedding ethical, technical, and business excellence throughout the process.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a multi-phase acceleration program specifically targeting AI and deep tech startups.
- Build and maintain a robust network of mentors, industry experts, investors, and public innovation actors across Europe.
- Select high-potential AI startup teams through structured evaluation processes and ensure their tailored onboarding.
- Oversee the integration of legal, ethical (e.g., EU AI Act), and regulatory aspects into the curriculum and advisory activities.
- Define program KPIs, assess impact, and adapt strategies based on performance data and startup feedback.
- Represent the program within the AI Factory Austria ecosystem and at international innovation and policy events.

**Your qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building or leading acceleration, incubation, or venture building programs, preferably with a tech or AI focus
- Deep understanding of AI development lifecycles and startup dynamics, from MVP to product-market fit
- Familiarity with the European AI regulatory environment and ethical innovation frameworks
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide early-stage teams through complex strategic and operational challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse communities (technical, academic, business, public sector)
- Very good German and English skills
- You should be eligible for working in Austria
