**About the job**
In this role as a Technical Marketing Project Manager, you will support brownfield and greenfield smelter/plant projects. Additionally, you will develop and guide future R&D developments and solutions, all in line within RHI Magnesita’s strategy. You will cooperate closely with regional sales team and technical OEMs.
You will coordinate and plan all nonferrous (NFM) relevant simulation activities. Further responsibilities will include project coordination for market and R&D relevant developments and on-site troubleshooting to support the responsible sales team. Your agenda will also include market relevant refractory portfolio/concept development and presenting scientific papers at international fairs and conferences on behalf of RHI Magnesita.
**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Coordination and planning of relevant simulation tasks for all global NFM, ferroalloys relevant activities
- Coordination of simulation projects within NFM business and cross-functional approach with the design and engineering team
- Internal and external project coordination, especially for FeTiO3, FeCr, FeMn/SiMn, FeNi, Cu, Pb and for meeting the requirements of the PGM industry
- Simulation activities (FactSage, Abacus, Fluent, SimuSage)
- Coordination of corrosion studies and of relevant post-mortem investigations
- R&D project responsibility and product roll-out

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education**
A university degree in metallurgy or similar is a must
**Languages**
English - Advanced
German - Intermediate (considered an asset)
**Work Experience**
3+ years of relevant working experience
Profound knowledge of the refractory industry

- Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 65.000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
