In the process, our customers are mainly physicians, research organizations and eventually pharmaceutical companies in the field of musculoskeletal diseases.

**Who will you work with**:
ImageBiopsy Lab's team is consisting of strong professionals with backgrounds in physics, biology, biological engineering, mathematics, machine learning, et al. We are proud to keep the highest standard in hiring and training new talents. And welcoming professionals with no regard to race and gender.

**The Tasks**:
As part of our Operations team, you will be the main point of contact for customers. Your tasks will include consulting and supporting customer IT before and duringIBLab software deployment, as well as supporting customers for both technical as well as product specific issues. Also, you will be an integral part of optimizing our internal processes in order to fulfil our personal quality standards as well as medical regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being an interface between our company and our customers.
- Communicate requirements, responsibilities and services to our customers and internal departments.
- Create and maintain IBLab installations and installation projects.
- Contribute to our installation and maintenance processes.
- Manage the helpdesk and take phone support responsibilities.
- Participate in data gathering and analysis for Post-Market Surveillance activities

**Qualifications**:

- Mission-driven and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes
- Professional education in the IT domain, preferably with medical background
- Good understanding of the DICOM Standard beneficial
- Experience with computer networking
- Experience with virtualization (Docker, VmWare), agile development (Jira), version control (Git/Mercurial) beneficial

The official company language is English, therefore, a working knowledge of English is required.
