**Your territory**

As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:

- Engage with influencers worldwide, supporting the team in expanding our influencer marketing activities across various platforms and markets
- Own influencer marketing campaigns, starting with a thorough research to identify suitable accounts
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and budgets to secure mutually beneficial collaborations with new and existing influencers
- Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to uncover new engagement opportunities
- Analyze influencer performance, monitor past postings, and derive actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Completed education in marketing, communications and/or the media area
- Hands-on experience in influencer marketing or broader social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and a keen awareness of the latest trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English and German

**Salary range**

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
