**About the position**:
The Head of Procurement is responsible for designing, implementing, and owning the end-to-end procurement process across the group.one organization. This includes defining procurement policies, managing systems and tools, and leading the daily execution of purchasing activities to ensure structure, transparency, compliance, and value creation.

**Your Responsibilites**:

- ** Procurement Process Ownership**:

- Design and continuously improve the procurement process across all categories (IT, services, product partners, etc.)
- Define clear policies and workflows for purchase requests, approvals, sourcing, contracting, and order management
- **Operational Procurement Execution**:

- Manage and support all procurement activities by coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with processes, and overseeing supplier interactions.
- Optimize purchasing value and efficiency through negotiation, order processing, and monitoring of cycle times and bottlenecks.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Oversee vendor, license, and partner management by supporting sourcing, enforcing procurement controls, and ensuring alignment of commercial agreements with policy.
- Collaborate with business (IT, Marketing, HR etc.), legal, and finance teams to streamline procurement workflows, support purchasing needs, and ensure compliance, budget adherence, and payment accuracy.
- **Supplier Interaction & Commercial Control**:

- Manage supplier relationships and procurement data by handling quotes, negotiations, issue resolution, and maintaining pricing structures and preferred vendor frameworks.
- Monitor supplier performance and financial impact through delivery tracking, KPI analysis, cost tracking, budgeting, and savings reporting.

**Your Profile**:

- 7-10 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably across multiple spend categories
- Strong experience designing or overhauling procurement processes and tooling
- Deep understanding of P2P cycle, contract management, and sourcing support
- Skilled negotiator with a hands-on approach
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders
- ERP/procurement system knowledge
- Fluent in English

**Salary**:
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 70.000;
- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
