Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As an Omnichannel Expert (M/F/d) (Digital Marketing Specialist) - fixed term (12 months) you will be responsible for the development of omni-channel strategies to maximize the impact of marketing & sales activities.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Co-creating and defining the omni-channel strategy for selected Business units
- Partnering with Brand Management to asses the right channel mix and implementing omnichannel marketing activities
Enabling new digital channels and projects based on marketing plans (webinars, apps, eServices, 3rd party cooperation)
- Measuring effectiveness of the omni-channel mix to constantly adapt for maximum impact in terms of reach, lead and business generation
- Training marketing & sales colleagues on digital capabilities to foster digital growth within the organization
- Elaborating growth strategies for the VIATRIS omni-channel network to ensure an increased customer reach
- Creating recommendations for marketing & sales activities based on customer and engagement analytics

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing, Digital/Online Marketing or related areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Online Marketing or Data Analytics
- Basic understanding of Austrian and/or Swiss healthcare environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Experience in Consumer Marketing / creative agency environment is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)

The gross annual salary is at least 45.000€.
