**Your responsibilities**:

- Contact person in all contractual topics within a project together with the Project Manager
- Negotiating contracts with respect to the legal aspects together with the Legal Counsel and the Project Manager
- Supporting the Project Manager in project-related legal topics together with the Legal Counsel
- Ensuring project compliance with the legal and commercial aspects of the tender and bid documentation, including supporting documents and records
- Consulting with the legal department on national and international laws, regulations and directives
- Drafting formal responses to customer communication on behalf of the Project Manager
- Handling of change requests and claims
- Identifying, defining, analyzing and evaluating potential claims together with the Project Manager and the Legal Counsel

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in contract, change and claim management
- At least 3 years of experience in public procurement law and contract law
- Knowledge of tolling and fee collection legislation, initiatives and regulations preferable
- At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, establishment and execution of contracts in a technical environment
- German & English fluent
