Unser Auftraggeber, ein bestens etabliertes Produktionsunternehmen im Waldviertel, ist mit seinen
Produkten und Lösungen wichtiger Partner für Technologieunternehmen aus unterschiedlichen
Branchen. Derzeit sind wir auf der Suche nach einer erfahrenen HR-Persönlichkeit mit der Ambition,
als Ansprechpartner/in des Managements die zukünftige Ausrichtung der Organisation proaktiv
mitzugestalten.
Aufgaben
- Federführende, eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Projekten
- Zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für HR-Agenden für alle Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte
- Organisation und Koordination des HR / Backoffice-Teams
- Übernahme von Recruiting-Agenden sowie Personalauswahl
Qualifikation
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld/Industrieumfeld
- Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeits
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrungen mit Zeiterfassungs
- /Lohnverrechnungssystemen (Mehrschichtsysteme)
- Sie zeigen Durchhaltevermögen und sind umsetzungsstark
- Weiters zeichnen Sie sich durch eine solide Persönlichkeit, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
