As a compliance manager, you play a central role in the development and

Implementation of our compliance strategies in the area of mobile payments. As a Compliance Manager, you will ensure that Bluecode complies with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures and keep up to date with all regulatory developments and requirements.

Your tasks:

- Actively research and maintain knowledge of legal developments in the areas of information security, data protection and compliance
- Responsible for regularly updating and adapting company policies in the area of information security and data protection
- Weirer development of the compliance system
- Be the primary point of contact for compliance requirements and work with various departments to effectively implement these requirements
- You actively communicate with the company to understand the legal requirements for the system for existing/new products and support the implementation.
- Working closely with the product teams, you will develop innovative products that provide our users with an excellent user experience while meeting compliance requirements.

Regulatory experience:

- You have 3+ years of experience with regulatory requirements for payment services (PSRs, EMRs, PARs, PSD2, Open Banking, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of scheme compliance laws, regulations and systems (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) including PCI DSS.
- Participate in data protection incident response, including investigations and reporting
- Support and participation in relevant audits, e.g. B. ISO 27001

Third Party Compliance Requirements:

- Understand compliance requirements imposed by third parties and advise on changes to policies, procedures and controls through validation and controls through validation and implementation.
