**Working at NTT**

**Aufgaben**:

- Du stellst sicher, dass auslaufende Verträge rechtzeitig bearbeitet und wiederum für unsere Kunden neu aufgesetzt werden.
- Dabei arbeitest Du mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen gemeinsam an der korrekten Durchführung.
- Wir wollen unseren Kunden Verträge mit den besten Konditionen zur Verfügung stellen - Du sorgst dafür, dass dies umgesetzt wird.
- Auf Basis, der von Dir erstellten Reports, lieferst Du Forecasts und Timelines.
- Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Sales, Servicearchitekten und Service Delivery Managern um das Kundenerlebnis zu optimieren.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes persönliches Engagement, Flexibilität und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Interesse an Reporting, Zahlen und möchtest Abläufe stetig verbessern
- MS Excel
- Kenntnisse von Tools wie z.B SAP, Salesforce sind ein Plus
- Von Vorteil ist es, wenn du in der IT & Telko Branche bereits Erfahrung sammeln konntest
