Our client is an international operator of wireless telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure, operating in over 12 European countries. Its activities include telecommunications and broadcasting infrastructure services, security networks and emergency services, and solutions for municipal infrastructure.

Because of the significant growth of the Client's presence in Austria and Switzerland we are looking for an HR Coordinator. You will report to the Head of HR based in Switzerland and support the strategy within the HR area at a country level, such as recruitment, administration, ensuring the company's objectives, leasing with the HQ HR team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Take care about HR administration for employees based in Austria and Switzerland - contracts, labor law consultancy, onboarding, salaries, and bonuses (payroll outsourced)
- Support on the development of recruitment procedures and policies within the country
- Help with the definition of sustainability and certifications requirements, supporting businesses to implement them
- Coordinates People’s projects deployment according to Global procedures and policies
- Deploy country's leadership model, supporting the management in all People related matters; Talent Acquisition, Talent management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Team Engagement, and Organization.
- Ensure all basic functions in HR, including Payroll and Administration, liaising with all internal stakeholders as well as with external service providers.
**Your experience**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in German and English
- Knowledge of the local markets and labor regulations
- Experience with recruitment and administration
- Initiative and people-oriented approach
- Availability to travel occasionally
