**Legal Coordinator (m/w/d)**

**Aufgabengebiete**:

- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Kündigungen und anderen personalrelevanten Dokumenten
- Ansprechpartner für arbeitsrechtliche Fragen
- Beraten und mitwirken bei der Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen sowie schnelle und effiziente geschäftsorientierte juristische Unterstützung in Vertrags
- und Complianceangelegenheiten
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutz
- und Compliance-Vorschriften sowie Änderungen der arbeitsrechtlichen Gesetzgebung
- Diverse arbeitsrechtliche Projektarbeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Stakeholdern und anderen internen Abteilungen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutz
- und Compliance-Vorschriften
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften und HR-Abteilungen von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren und richtig zu kommunizieren
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und hoher Lernbereitschaft
- Souveräner und problemlösungsorientierter Umgang mit komplexen Aufgabengebieten
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe mit Stakeholder und unseren internen Abteilungen
