**Product Support Specialist (2nd Level Support) 100% (m/w/d)**

**Dein Beitrag**

In dieser Position bist du als Teil eines kleinen Teams von Spezialisten im hausinternen Produktsupport als Experte mitverantwortlich für die Lösungsfindung und -Entwicklung für technische Fragestellungen unserer Multimode Reader Platformen.

Du arbeitest in einem globalen Umfeld als Schnittstelle zwischen Service-Kollegen weltweit und Abteilungen im Haus.
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, Produkt-Management und Engineering
- Entwicklung und Koordination von Lösungen zur Vereinfachung und Effizienzsteigerung im Field Service
- Durchführung von Trainings für Servicemitarbeiter face-to-face und remote
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Servicedokumentation
- Ansprechpartner der weltweiten Serviceorganisation im 2nd Level Support

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Erfahrung in Projektmitarbeit, hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundensupport
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Basic Scripting und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
