AQKWA- sustainable, mindful snacking with the most clean and essential ingredients to leave a unique, everlasting and impactful fingerprint with every bite. **YOUR TASKS**: - Develop and maintain a strong relationship with assigned clients to ensure the client is confident and satisfied with the service the group provides - Report on agreed operational metrics on a monthly/weekly basis to ensure delivery of required goals for each client - Ensure adherence to metrics and service levels and drive corrective action as required - Work with all functional areas to resolve any issues that may arise on behalf of clients - Analyze and understand the client and their business, including future direction, business direction to add value both internally and externally - Review and implement where feasible alternate solutions for current activities and be a catalyst for change to improve the customer experience - Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships across all divisions and functions to ensure the successful end to end management of each client **YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**: - Entrepreneurial skills - being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organisation - Very good English (written and spoken) is required, other foreign languages are of great advantage - Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking" - Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory - Experience in Supply Chain Management or Key Account Management as part of a business role - Capability of building strong and collaborative internal and supplier relationships - Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Previous experience in strong report writing and presenting data **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: Dive into the luxury, supplements and sports industry and take over responsibility from day one Global travel possibilities - attend business meetings with the team worldwide Working in a young, dynamic and committed team in a fast-paced, agile environment Being part of a global brand that prefers flexible working over standard working hours and long communication channels International experience and multi-cultural business cases Strong personal growth opportunity and steep learning curve **Salary**: 46,000.00€ - 52,000.00€ per year **Experience**: - CLIENT RELATIONS: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - German (preferred) - English (required) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred)
