Are you obsessed with e‑commerce and the mechanics of high‑performing creatives? We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist (f/m/d)** to own and develop the creative engine for paid socials (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and more). If you’re hungry to learn fast, test relentlessly, and turn insights into ads that move the needle — this is your role

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- ** Turn insights into concepts**: Deep‑dive into our products, customers, reviews, UGC, and competitor ads to uncover angles, hooks, and offers that matter. You keep a pulse on social media trends and external best practices to inspire fresh, relevant creative ideas.
- ** Build winning creatives**: Write sharp briefs, scripts, and storyboards; partner with design/creators to ship scroll‑stopping assets (UGC, demos, testimonials, comparisons).
- ** Run a rigorous testing pipeline**: Define clear hypotheses, isolate variables (first 3 seconds, hook, CTA, offer), prioritize weekly experiments, and scale what works. You understand and improve testing mechanics to ensure we increase learning speed for our creative pipeline (ab-testing, incrementality testing and other options).
- ** Analyze at the asset level**: Track creative‑led metrics (thumb‑stop/hold, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA/ROAS) and translate the “why” into specific iterations. You need to be able to collect best practices and improve the creative hit rate with clear testing roadmaps and improved understanding of levers in social media as more tests are rolled out.
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to create scroll-stopping ad creatives (images, videos, copy).
- ** Systemize learning**: Maintain a living Creative OS—naming/taxonomy, creative library, swipe file, testing docs— so we improve every week.
- ** Leverage modern tooling**: Use analytics, attribution, and AI tools to speed research, concepting, and optimization across platforms.
- ** Manage the end-to-end creative process**:From writing clear creative briefs to reviewing final outputs, ensure all content is delivered on time, on-brand, and aligned with business goals. You actively work on the process, ensuring priority setting and quantity of content as well as the hit rate of our approaches will be optimized with data driven insights. Collaborate with media buyers on audiences, placements, and offers to ensure the right message meets the right person at the right moment.
- ** Stay ahead of the curve**: Stay updated on the latest social platform features, creative best practices, and emerging tools (including AI-driven creative tools) to keep our campaigns innovative and effective. This goes from campaign types to metrics, formats and types of data driven testing approaches up to high level incrementality testing and the differences of tracking solutions.

- ** Tool‑ready (and eager for more)**: Comfortable with Meta/TikTok ad managers, KPI dashboards and ecommerce metrics (e.g., GA4). Experience with attribution/creative analytics (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion) tools as well as experience AI tools give bonus points for the start - you will need to learn how to use them in your onboarding anyways.
- ** Clear communicator & teammate**:Crisp briefs and feedback, strong English (C1), and collaborative by default.
